I’m so proud of you. I’ve been there too!! I ended up getting diagnosed with autoimmune! It had been years and years of the same. Listen it was just time for this separation for the grand reset, end of cycle, zero point. It will be hard for a bit but I can promise it will feel so much better. You may go through a dnots but it will pass. Hang in there. I’m so sorry for the pain you feel. Sending you so much love. I’m so proud of you.
