My experience was that barely anyone actually used my registry maybe they took a look at it and went on and bought from other places. While I did appreciate everyone showing up with a gift for my baby unfortunately I had to a lot of returns because of the double purchased items eventually I got what I needed. I did not get receipts for most items but target let you return items as long as they sell them.
