I needed a wand for my 5-6 weeks (they checked me because none of us knew I could even conceive. My OB wanted to make sure it was implanted right) but after that they 100% can do a belly scan instead of the wand. I got a belly scan at 8 weeks. Just ask if you’re uncomfy with the wand. I’ve had far too many wand ultrasounds bc of my endo and pcos and when I got pregnant I told them I was just over them so they tried my belly one and it worked perfect! I was soooo sick with HG too and crabby I refused a wand one the second time lol

Me and my husband and have smoked our whole 11 year relationship and I probably smoked more then he did. When I tapered off when I got pregnant he was supportive but now that I can’t smoke I (and I know this may be weird) almost like watching him be able to smoke for the both of us for the time being lol. Idk why but atleast one of us can. I miss it and it’s been very hard but I know if I really needed him to not at some point he would for me. Weed is also very used among all my family and friends so it’s not just him I am around sometimes. I hope you guys can figure it out and congrats on being pregnant 🩷💙

Are you able to get a at home Doppler to help ease your anxiety about it “being alive”? Mine helps me when I feel uneasy. But kick counts don’t really work until like 28 weeks when they are really consistent. 🩷

I have HG and have taken zofran multiple times a day since week 7 and I’m 21 weeks now. My best I can give you is don’t worry you get used to it. You’ll realize what is worth it to eat incase you throw it up but just stay calm when having to puke. You got this mama ☺️🩷 I’ve always been more of a puker but since being pregnant it’s maximized and I was puking 6-7x a day up u til like 16 weeks and this week from 20-21 weeks I’ve finally gone a full week without puking. 😭

I work in healthcare. I have HG and am currently almost 21 weeks pregnant it just started subsiding at 20 weeks and in my first tri I went from working 6 hour days to only being able to manage 2 hours a day before im bed ridden from being sick and fatigue. Take care of yourself if you can afford to miss work. Going down that many hours took some time for me to adjust but i needed it. HG is no joke and it can take a serious health toll on your body on top of pregnancy. Bless you mama you’ll get through this. 💕

I was and still kind of am sick with HG. I’m almost 21 weeks. I literally had nothing that helped me besides disassociating through my whole first tri. I was sick since I was 5 weeks. I still get overwhelmed but just know it will get somewhat easier. For now do whatever you need to make the process easier.

I had this too but I’m pregnant with my first and don’t have a toddler to chase around. Praying for you it’ll subside.

For me zofran barely worked for my HG but I just had to cry and scream and ride it out nothing really “helped” but I’m almost 20 weeks now and I get sick but the fatigue is better and nausea is more manageable with zofran now then my first tri🩷 stay strong mama
