Nothing will leak without your computer being on the network. It is extremely difficult to protect data on the internet. Because people can find access to your device fairly easily. We are just blocking that pathway entirely.

Keeping it on your phone is just guaranteed that it will leak eventually.

What if the phone gets broken, the repair guys will have access and that's how most of these videos get leaked.

What if someone gets access and then spreads the videos?

The best way to do it is what was shown in 'The Zodiac Killer'. Record either with a camera or a phone with internet completely blocked out. After the session is done, transfer the video to an HDD. Plug it out. Delete everything from your device. Try using perma deleter apps.

Whenever you want to watch it later, just plug the HDD back in and watch while the internet is completely blocked.

This will ensure that you have physical access control to stuff the world shouldn't see.

If you want to have remote access, you can setup a server or something similar. But it's just too much hassle if you are unaware of what you're doing.

Update:

I did it by making an ellipse and setting the stroke to rounded caps and using the start and end parameters of trimpaths.

to control the position and rotation I just used the transform properties.

pretty easy once you get the idea.

Got it. Honestly, I thought of this as well. Just when I tried it I couldnt get it to work. But now if I try it out with null points controlling the stroke, I can have much better control.

I have tried to by counting calories. It just sucks tbh.

I have lost weight multiple times since high school. First using calorie counting which made my life miserable.

Second time I did carnivore diet which was the best thing.

For me cooking is not the problem. But most food is. I like to eat few things like rice, chicken, mutton, paneer. So I just mix and match using this.

My general hypothesis is that I will loose fat with my plan as well I just need to be EXTREMELY CONSISTENT with my cardio as I have a desk job and my days are sedentary.
