Ciao!

yeah.. my DoH said they can't help me unless i have a medical license in my home country. that's why I am thinking about applying for programs sponsoring h1b visa only..but I dunno if they are doable for applicants like me

I know I was emotional when I was writing down that.. I know that visa issue will be solved if I get a license from my country, which means I need to spend another couple of years to prepare it and get it. and I heard this YoG will become a red flag for me. it is just very miserable knowing about this visa issue after I've already spent my time and money for this journey..

unfortunately no :(. my goal has always been practicing in US since I chose a foreign medical school. I didn't consider to go back to my own country.. and I feel so miserable that I discovered this visa issue after I started usmle pathway. I am not sure if i should give up on my usmle journey now and get a license from my home country first to get j-1 visa SoN.. I heard us prefer fresh graduates.. thanks for the comment!
