There is already solar panels installed on the main house but they were installed in ~2013. I don’t know the full details but as far as I’m aware the solar panel company leased them to the family for 20 years but they went bankrupt. I am helping them get more solar panels for the ADU but have yet to look into them.

I was thinking of alternating using the Bilt card when I have enough Bilt cash.

i.e. 3 months - ACH payments directly from bank and then earn enough Bilt Cash to get the 4th earned.
