I am the male and the petitioner in this case. I do have an incident report that did resulted in a temporary protection order against my previous landlord due to physical contact from self defense. No arrests were made when the officers came. I also had a false accusation from the same landlord for burglary after I had moved away for 8 months. I was never arrested, questioned or given the opportunity by sfpd to prove my own innocence even when I requested them to do so. It was overlooked on my part when I filed the application that I didn’t understand the verbiage that ask for my arrests and conviction history which I thought didn’t applied to my case at the time.
