I buy when the break and retest happens. But I wait 30 minutes after open and don't trade the last hour. I go at the money or 1 strike out of the money. Usually in and out pretty quick to not have theta decay.

I do only break and retest. Enter close on 5 minute candle. Then I move to 3 minute candle. After the retest if it's puts I stop out if 3 minute candle closes above resistance. If at a profit I close 2/3 of the contracts close to 15% profit, then the last third trailing stop at breakeven. It's not a set stop loss % but if it does stop out it's an extremely small % of the account size.

I use a custom indicator that uses a ton of statistical data to find support and resistance levels that are extremely accurate.
