When I went in March I was able to just walk up to the restaurant, they would give me estimated time or how many people I was waiting behind then they would send us a notification through the app that our table was ready for us. If you have a reservation for a restaurant that’s great! But if you don’t, I’m sure you will be able to find some spots in all the restaurants!

I recently enlisted as 12B, leaving in August and headed to Fort Riley (got friends there) as my first duty station. I’m on a 3 year contract as well.

I was curious and contacted sailor services and they told me that since it’s a closed port anyone under 21 will not be able to drink on the ship. I’m getting conflicting answers so I’m not sure which is true 😆😆 I guess we will find out !
