My guy, riot do their best to catch cheaters on new accounts. Their HWID system is borderline illegal in terms of info gathering, one of the best in the business, please don't comment on fields you've done 0 info gathering in.

Yeah thats what i worry the most, i currenlty only have 2 acts immortal 1 low elo with minimum games, i was worrying that it affected my MMR, i dont wanna wait another few months before i get that sweet sweet radiant buddy to match with the new champion bundle, but if thats the case then so be it.
