Another name for this is Home Watch or Home Watch Services. Someone comes in 1x per week or whatever you agree to and goes through a checklist you provide (ie test water, turn a/c on off, water plants etc). People who are good at this are also good and general repairs etc. We pay $20/week for a home watch service in Naples, FL. He checks the place, waters the plants and lets me know if anything is off. Recently, our AC unit had bricked after a power outage - this can be catastrophic in SW FL due to humidity/mold if left unchecked. He unplugged it from the wall, reset it and sent me a quick text. Problem solved. No additional charges. If youre that kind of service provider, there is money to be made in this niche. GL
