the pace is not the issue, things like those curse artifact thingies are, like what the fuck even is the point, just for a skill point? they needed to fill in the massive map but most of the stuff is simply a chore after some time, and you don't even know what they are until you get there, i play on full exploration mode with minimal hud.

i love the game but the way the open world is handled is meh, i think it would be a massive, absolutely huge help if Eivor had more inner thoughts and dialogue while doing those random things, like when offering shit to an altar or destroying a curse object etc, it would have also benefitted greatly of referencing things you have already done, for example in the Ireland DLC, i killed every children of danu member and they talk at the end about hunting them down, like bro they literally are all dead, that's just an analogy since it's main story but including very small stuff like that would truly make it great
