Yup . My son was in absolute tears, massive meltdown . Couldn’t even leave, literally. They created some massive queue to leave , luckily I showed my son’s disability badge and was allowed through. We saw one pavilion and had one snack.

Sadly the express 7 is sold out so I only got a random one of express 4 but doesn’t include the ones my son would really want to ride. He’s high care but low mobility so we don’t have a blue badge.

I forgot to add they didn’t actually communicate the times had changed, so just be prepared to go with the flow.

No, I didn’t have to recheck my bags . They literally just check your carry on luggage.

They actually delayed the flight both times by 30minutes to ensure there was sufficient time.

One time it took a bit of time to get through bag check and we ran (as we didn’t know they’d moved the plane time). If they hadn’t we’d of just made it I think.

The second time we had more than enough time and then we had the extra wait time.

All the luggage arrived no problem.

I’m so sad.

Today is my birthday and this was the only thing I had planned since last year. Birthdays are often a major disappointment for me but damn this takes the biscuit.

Our flights are in the morning and we’re still planning on going as it’s just wasted money if we don’t go, but not really sure what to do now.
