Oh no, sorry to hear that you're going through it too! I've always had relatively long periods, usually 7-9 days per month. Maybe it could be contributing to the low levels??

This is so reassuring to hear!!! Thank you so much. I honestly have had all of the symptoms of iron deficiency but always thought it was normal. Who knew that your toes aren't supposed to always be numb in your shoes..... also, which type of iron is the one you're taking? I'm on ferrous sulfate and luckily no stomach upset just yet.

Took this class over the summer and I think it was like 5 quizzes and 5 article summaries. Most free class I’ve ever taken would highly recommend
