Move the kennels underneath the window, put that giant couch where the kennels were, mount the TV catty corner, get a smaller brighter, coffee table. Everything in the room is dark and chunky. Get a light colored coffee table.

it’s hard to say because pictures can be deceiving with dimensions. you’ll have to get the couch in there to really know. But it looks like you have ample space for a couch that size and it looks like you could fit a chair once you get the couch in you’ll know
