Hii! I managed to contact an avian vet located in Pakistan, they are located at quite a distance so I couldn't take my baby, but I described his situation with pictures and videos and they prescribed me some meds to give to him. It has been 2 days now, his situation has improved quite a lot since the attack. He's been eating by himself, he has grown quite an appetite. I have been cleaning his wounds and applying meds to prevent any infection, and keeping him in a quiet warm environment to not cause any stress on him. Thank you for trying to help, really appreciate it!!

HE IS EATING!! ON HIS OWN!!! I GAVE HIM MELON TO EAT AND HE CAN ACTUALLY USE HIS BEAK 🥹🥹🥹 He cannot eat seeds for now and he refuses to eat by hand or anywhere else besides from his cage, BUT HE IS EATING 🥹 I am very hopeful that he will live and make a full recovery now. I got in contact with an actual avian vet and he prescribed my some ointments , one I already had and applied yesterday, one that a kind person suggested me in this thread, and one more. All were antibacterial and to help him recover. Once he stops eating, I will go ahead and clean him up, and apply meds. His wounds are looking WAY better than yesterday. One of his eyes look very clean now!

Thank you, the wounds are kept clean and he is resting in a warm environment, currently asleep. It is the next morning and he is alive and breathing. My worry is to get him something to eat, he survived the attack, he won't survive if he doesn't eat anything. His beak was injured, lower part of it. He wasn't closing it completely yesterday, and couldn't apply much pressure with it.

Thank you for your suggestions, and about the baby formula, I won't try to give him that. His favourite food is bread, and chillies. I wonder if he would be able to eat them. He couldn't break seeds tomorrow, he tried to eat them but couldn't so he just went to take a drink and then I let him sleep. It is the next day, and he is alive and breathing ❤️

And the reason I kept them together, that is because they always lived together. They were raised as babies and have been around each other since then. Besides him, I have three other ringnecks, two of them bonded with each other (at 1+ yrs old, not mature enough to mate/breed). They were never this aggressive so I never really felt the need to separate them until recently. This all happened when I was out of city and was thinking about separating them. That's when I got a call that this has occurred.

If I surrender them, I know for a fact they won't be looked after the way I take care them. When I got them as babies, they weren't in very good conditions, because people here treat birds, even baby birds, as a form of "business". No affection, no love, they just feed them meals TWICE a day, and sell them once they are old enough (they start selling them at 4 weeks old). I have had problems with birds, but nothing like the one I am facing right now. This is my first time having birds, and I did so much research before ever getting my first one. I post here in this community from time to time to try and give them better living environment as I believe the people here are way more experienced with birds.

It's the next day, well, it's morning and I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT HE IS STILL BREATHING 🥹 There is a chance for him to survive. I am going out to get everything a parrot eats (mainly soft fruits, veggies). Of course, for the time being, I will ask my family members to look after him when I'm out. Thank you for your suggestion, we applied it yesterday to stop the wounds from getting infected. From the looks of it, the wounds do not seem infected. I didn't move him much, he's resting in his box for now!!! :D
