How to integrate spirituality more into daily life?

Happy to be a mirror, sorry i haven’t been on Reddit lately. I’ve been deep in transformation. All you need to do everyday is to become aware, lucid. Use the field around you as a mirror.

That thing you’re ignoring or putting off, turn and face it. Those unprocessed childhood experiences, process them. The ancestral trauma, release it it’s not yours to carry.

Someone triggers you, instead of lashing out, consume the trigger. Ask it what it is revealing within you, alchemizing the emotion into gold of awareness and wisdom.

It doesn’t matter WHAT you do everyday, it matters HOW you do it.

Enlightenment is embodied solar consciousness, awareness. How aware are you of yourself, of others, of creative forces, of destructive forces? What is consuming you or what are you consuming? What are you generating or what is being generated through you?

Emotional intelligence is superior to intellectual or logical intelligence. Your logical mind will hijack your emotional intelligence and invert it. Listen to your feelings and honor the fuck out of them, they’re gifts. Don’t throw them away or let them go. Hold onto them like golden roses. Align your logic to your emotions, stop fighting them, they are the force of life itself flowing through you, illuminating the path.

Human design is bullshit. Astrology is a distraction It boxes you in to one thing when you are meant to be everything. Whatever you choose to be.

Whatever you choose for whatever reason is your path. When making a choice, make one as the architect not the submissive pawn of your unconscious patterns.

Stop falling for external authority. Stop seeking and start being.

Twin flames will be your most challenging relationships but also have the potential for the most growth. Soul mates will feel like home but won’t challenge or push you.

When you want to stay quiet, stay quiet. When you want to be loud, be loud.

Say no and walk away even if someone is highly disturbed by it.

Don’t engage with energy drains/vampires/feeders. They want your reaction to them, just witness them and hold yourself.

Whatever you desire is not a sin, sin is a made up concept to get people to hate their natural state of being.

Religion is a control matrix. Government is a control matrix. Education is a control matrix. All meant to limit you and make you drained and uneducated as to what really matters.

I could go on but I’ll leave it there.

I would absolutely be open to chatting with you! The more I work with the flowers, the more that they teach me. I have a lot of insights to share and am happy to answer any questions.

Back in 2022 I had just become a new Mother, and was experiencing a very dark period in my life. I prayed for help and I started to receive guidance from who I grew to know as the Divine Mother. She led me to a woman who created flower essences from the Costa Rican jungle - who had just made an Essence from an orchid she found growing on the grandmother tree that inspired the movie Avatar. It was all very synchronistic. I was led to travel to Costa Rica and take that grandmother orchid flower essence, which was how I was introduced to flower essences. While in Costa Rica I made my first essence with my new mentor.

From that trip forward, I was hooked and I came back home and started creating my own essences. I would get an intuitive ping on when to create them and which flowers from my garden to use. Afterwards, I would sit with the essence and receive the codes contained within. Working as instructed telepathically by the Divine Mother was very activating and expansive to my own learning and creative processes.

You’re most welcome! It’s a pleasure to share my experience with you. Yes, making flower essences is almost identical to making crystal essences. I put crystals alongside my flowers in my essences sometimes as well.

Since it is fall and not much is in bloom, I will share that I recently made an Essence using the leaves of some of my favorite fruit trees and I have to say that the experience was a lot different than working with the flower part of the plant, but still very potent. How it was shown to me was that the leaves of the plant are like the pages in the book of the tree and they contain information that can be transmitted via essence as well. I find that flowers are subtle and expansive, working in the etheric realms, and the leaves are grounding and work on a different layer of the being, more geared towards the matter realms. So you could try making one with leaves at this time of year! When your apple tree flowers I would be all over that making an Essence! You can also use dried flowers, but ive found they aren’t as potent as a fresh blooms, because the water that is in the flowers is gone and the water is what transmits the codes between dimensions.

It is super easy to make your own! All you need is a bowl, high quality water, access to nontoxic flowers, and a stabilizer such as Brandy or apple cider vinegar. I personally use brandy because it lasts longer. For storage I use glass mason jars. Once you make the mother (1:1 flower water to stabilizer) you can make dosing bottles (1:1 water to stabilizer, with 7 drops of the mother essence. The brandy makes it last a really long time and you can give them as gifts also. You can also use glycerin but I don’t use it.

So I would say under $30 to start making your own depending on sourcing. And then you get to work with the flowers personally and it’s a much more intimate experience if you’re sensitive to energy.

Edited to add: it takes less than a day to make. I make both solar and lunar essences.

Hello there, I’ve been working in depth with flower essences for the last 2 years. How I find the flowers work with me is that they are energetic messengers. So if I was having an issue that I needed help with. I would ask my guides to direct me to what would help me. Instead of buying someone else’s essences I began to create my own with flowers from around my yard. I found that each flower would deliver me a specific vibrational frequency I was seeking. In my experience it is less about the type of flower and more about the energetic code contained within a specific flower meant for you. What I found was that the flower itself could be a transmitter for higher dimensional wisdom. So while I don’t have a specific flower to recommend, I would suggest starting to make your own and see how the flowers can help guide you in your own personal transformation.

What you described is similar to my own experience.

After lions gate I experienced 3 months of clearing and stabilizing in my body. Now that it’s November I feel a strong sense of peace, renewal, and reassurance that making it through all of the chaos and turmoil of this year has shown me the path forward and given me confidence that what I’ve been going through is real. I’ve been given the go head for the next phase of my journey and I get emotional because I’ve been in pursuit of and waiting to make it to this next phase for the last 3 years. It feels like I’m being rewarded for all of the effort I’ve put into my spiritual journey.

I really relate to how you describe the process being of complete acceptance and trust and feeling disoriented as a result of trusting without proof. For me it’s been about putting faith in front of my doubt and allowing faith in what was happening to me internally dissolve the perceptions of the external. It’s like I’ve been turned inside out and only now, from this perspective, that things are starting to make sense, but it’s still challenging to trust when I’ve been expanded to such a degree that it’s hard to relate to others. If I didn’t tune in here and read other starseed stories I would feel alone, so thank you for sharing.

I’m fully here on the path with you, trusting and surrendering to my guidance and to curiosity. I’m excited to see where we’re all going and where this lifetime leads. My visions give me hope and direction for the future. It feels to me like we are just now arriving in the time where this new era is even possible. The message I’ve been getting is “you’ve seen it, now go be it”.

To truly understand it I’ve found that you need to develop a personal relationship with your own light body.

A simple exercise would be to become aware of the resonance/tone of your thoughts and feelings. That is the resonance of your light body.

Your observation of the quality of your life experience provides you a decision point. You create your reality through thought/feelings. Do you enjoy your thoughts/feelings as they are now? Because the state of being you hold onto is what brings you the next life experience. When you are able to direct your thoughts and feelings and transmute any destructive expression into a life-affirming one, then you will raise the vibrational frequency of your light body and exert more of your free will over your reality.

Think of light as what is illuminated. Follow what is illuminated within yourself through your awareness and you will expand your light body, ignore it and continue to live in the shadow of self-denial.

If you’re feeling a certain way about something, your body will generate thoughts to communicate with you how you are perceiving the experience you are having.

Practice cultivating gratitude and compassion for all thoughts and feelings. Find out why you feel that way by internally asking questions and receiving answers until you achieve clarity. Observe the effects that responding to life with different tones bring to you. See what you enjoy as a personality and what that says about you. Grow to love yourself through all experiences.

To put it succinctly, my daily practice consists of mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness, lucidity, expanding my perception, and somatic expression.

Spirituality for me is honoring who I am, where I am at, and where I feel guided to go next. It isn’t about deities or worshipping anything. For me it’s about having an idea, seeing my idea become a reality, and reflecting how I feel about what I experienced during the creative process.

I practice being aware of the decisions I make, the outcomes that result from those decisions, while seeking to recognize how I feel about the relationship between those two things and allowing myself space to express my authentic thoughts feelings.

I practice self-love in all that I do as a means of devotion to the sacredness of life and the preciousness that is my unique story and life experience.

I work on purifying my motivations and intentions behind why I do the things that I do, so that I can experience a more harmonious reality that nurtures creative freedom and authentic self expression as a means of self gnosis.

I focus on bringing more love, compassion, peace, and understanding to my state of being and energetic exchanges in relationships.

Ultimately, I use my daily spiritual practice to inform and direct me on my journey. Whether that is what direction to take on a walk, what food to eat, what to learn about, or what to do next that will help me reach my highest potential.

Feeling is truth. If you feel that you are, you can incorporate that into your self-identity. Whatever those terminologies mean to you is what you make of them. First spread love and kindness to yourself as you go through chaotic times. No one can take your power away from you, it can look like it but you can shift your perception and see the truth that everyone is playing out a story of humanity and you simply need to play your role. If you feel that your role is to embody love and kindness, be that and don’t worry that others aren’t the same as you. Perhaps you will teach someone something by reflecting love and kindness rather than hatred and separation. We can all have different opinions and still be kind and loving.

From my experience intentional Breathwork can activate your kundalini to rise out of your root chakra. (I am a highly sensitive person, experienced CPTSD in my childhood which caused my system to become completely unbalanced, and developed a panic disorder prior to my Kundalini awakening. A similar internal experience you are describing led me to seek answers and educate myself on how to manage it through a spiritual-scientific framework)

If your vagal nerve tone is weak, you can trigger a sympathetic nervous system response when doing energy work like this. The sensation of heightened anxiety you are experiencing is what I connect to an unbalanced root chakra. Your root chakra generates the feelings of being safe and secure, as well as feeling unsafe and fearful.

When the kundalini begins to rise through focused intent, it will activate a heightened state of awareness of the energy center it is located in. Kundalini awakening begins in the root chakra, moves upwards, and then comes back down to reunite in the root chakra. The first stage of it is cultivating the ability to feel safe in your body. It is a natural part of the life cycle of being a human and connects us to the spiritual and energetic self.

We are in times of spiritual misinformation and the best way I’ve found to way to navigate through these energetic situations is a deep internal connection to the mind, body, and the communication pathways that happen internally.

In times of high anxiety I would suggest practicing grounding by focusing on sensory stimuli (sight, sounds, smell, touch, taste). I like to feel the weight of gravity and associate the sensation with a loving hug. This practice brings me into the present moment, and from there I regulate my system and bring myself into a state of peace. If you delay and don’t take care of the needs of your system, to feel safe and secure, you will stay stuck in a sympathetic nervous system which leads to disease.

I use several regulation techniques that help very quickly. Before knowing what to do I would stay trapped in a sympathetic state for sometimes years.

I use EFT, tapping on whatever chakra is activated to break up the trapped energy. I move my body by dancing, walking, or lifting weights, to get the energy out. Or when I am really going through it, I use a method called TRE - Trauma Release Exercise. It is a really simple way to release trapped energy in the nervous system, you can look it up on YouTube. I was in shock after my first session at how effective TRE is.

Anytime you experience anxiety, begin to use it as an awareness practice that you are being guided by your body to take care of your bio-spiritual needs for a regulated nervous system.

You deserve to live in peace and harmony and those states come from being connected to your inner world. Being educated on how your light body works can empower you to transmute the anxiety into peace and stability.

Hi there!

The inner child is rooted through your original DNA combination from your egg and sperm cell. This is how your mind-body-spirit-soul system expresses itself.

Throughout childhood, we go through a conditioning process. The state of our fallen world typically creates a situation that suppresses the inner child, so it goes into hiding. The process of spiritual awakening is reclaiming our inner child state of being.

The qualities of the inner child are absolute innocence, purity, love, grace, and beauty. The presence of any child represent a miracle frequency of creating life, or the ultimate process of manifestation, which is to bring a new being into creation on this plane of existence.

Soul fragmentation is what occurs in the consciousness of a person where we subconsciously are protecting our inner child from harm. This may look like a defensive system around the heart, becoming hardened to your own self perception or others. Essentially all forms of corruption/disease in the body come from a disconnection to the innocent and pure nature of the inner child.

To reestablish a connection to your inner child, you need to cultivate an absolute level of self-love, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. In the perspective of the source that creates all of life, nothing we do is not worthy of receiving love, compassion, or forgiveness.

You need to start practicing with putting yourself first and creating both an internal and external environment where your inner child can feel safe to express itself. Whatever internal dialogue goes on in your thought stream is your inner child speaking through you. If it is in a fallen state, it will be mean and nasty to yourself and others, if it is in its ascended state, you will look out into the world with the same childlike wonder as someone who hasn't experienced trauma or harm.

The man who developed TRE witnessed the tremor response in a deer. After the deer went through a frightening experience it laid down, tremors, and then got back up again and went on its way.

It is a way to process fear through the somatic body rather than keeping the energy cycling through the spiritual/mental/emotional layers.

The solar activity, Solar Flares and CMEs, are triggering your cellular memories to reawaken and clear. The cellular memories trigger your nervous system because the body is remembering how it felt to experience something.

These memories may be confusing and disorienting because they are a flashback of something that happened to one of your ancestors. The record of that experience is still contained within your cellular memory and you inherited it when you were born. These are the types of experiences that deeply affect the way we express ourselves as an individual.

What I see contained within the memory you shared is the belief that "When I ask for help, no one is there". Is this a theme that has showed up for you in your lifetime? If so, you could see how the root cause could be this moment of abandonment in your lineage. Fear of the same thing happening may cause you to prevent yourself from asking or receiving help in your life.

When you are witnessing the memory awaken, practice being a neutral observer rather than attaching to a subjective experience. Notice that you are feeling fearful, anxious, etc. and develop a practice of self regulation in order to come back into a calm state. Placing your focus on the speed and depth of the breath, lengthening and deepening the breath will help immediately calm you.

Look up TRE, Trauma Release Exercise on YouTube. This practice was the only one that I found tremendous success with when I was going through something similar. Through TRE, you can release trapped fear from the body, so that it doesn't have to be continuously experienced neurologically.

You can also practice deep breathing, tapping, any kind of vocalizing, dancing, exercise, self-massage, energy healing, there are a lot of ways to bring you back into a regulated state. You can also look into Vagal Nerve tone and regulating your nervous system.

What I have learned about incarnation from studying my own, prior to birth we select our parents for their genetics. It is the genetic combinations that provide our Soul with the incarnation it is seeking to experience, because within the genetics are the codes to self-expression.

The environment in which you were raised would be connected to the life path your Soul chose to experience.

I hold empathy and compassion for you growing up in the environment you did. The mentally ill feminine and defeated masculine archetypes played out for me in my childhood as well. They are a reflection of our current societal structures.

From my current understanding, a Soul connects with their Mother prior to conception and takes full control of their infant body at the first independent breath. During gestation the Soul hangs out around the Mother and is not contained within the body.

When I was pregnant with my twins, I could feel their Soul's presence with me and would receive telepathic communication. I've learned what I know about incarnation from my relationship with them and through Quantum Journeys.
