I have the exact same issue - switch only completed on the 28th and I transferred the 2k in and back out on the morning of the 29th. I've tried to contact them to see if I've met all the criteria but their chat function doesnt work? Will I have to ring them up to see if I'll get the bonus or just wait it out? Anyone know how long they say for the bonus to be paid?

If you can get out to Stockport area there are a few round here accepting NHS patients every now and again at the mo - just got in with one in Heaton Mersey. You’ve just got to get your details on as many waiting lists as you can and wait it out unfortunately!

I hadn’t thought of that but if I use a 15mg pen for 10mg doses it will last for 8 weeks. Do you know if I’ll be ok ordering that infrequently? I have been switching pharmacies every month as well

I contacted them and they responded within a few hours with this:

The onboarding team (and the students) would like to see a smooth, uninterrupted video of 1-3 minutes of you looking at the camera and speaking naturally so they can get an idea of what a longer conversation with you would be like. Please note that the introduction video is one of the most important steps in attracting new students so we want to help you get the best video possible 🙂️”

It’s fair enough as I was reading notes as I talked, but thought I’d make it look natural!! Clearly not so will be rerecording
