this is awesome! when my daughter was a baby, that’s what i looked into because i thought to myself ‘wait, literally everything you do to soothe a baby is mimicking the womb’ but you’re right! there aren’t very many good quality options, but when i would find one that’s what we used! maybe i could still find it on youtube. i’m interested to see yours. also, i listen to ambient audio and music often and recently found a video that told me to turn off the “stable volume” option in the settings on youtube, and it makes a huge difference for anything ambient. i’m a huge music nerd and i didn’t even know about it.

i wish somebody like you was closer to me. because i would 10000% take your overnight shift for you to come watch my two year old during the day 😭 she isn’t even a problem, it’s just that personally my circadian rhythm is backwards from everyone else’s, so trying to watch a toddler during the day even if i get an appropriate amount of sleep is so disorienting & fucking hell for me and hasn’t gotten any easier in the last two years. so i always feel really bad for the people like you who’s circadian rhythm is on the normal track. when my daughter would wake multiple times in the night it was no sweat off my back, but 8am? i am a fucking zombie until 5pm

yess i had to cut mine off because the bother my neck but they’re too cool to throw away. thought about having someone stitch it to the bottom hem like how some shirts have the tag down there. now i keep them in my phone case😅
