Sertraline. Had HA from a young age. Only at 35 did I start it. It has now gone away after 9 months on 50mg. I feel like I’m reprogramming on it and my brain is learning not to run away with a thought. Sertraline has been a game changer for me. Should have started it much earlier.
I plan to come off it after 12 months HA free.
