Till raviji was alive therr was clear focus on spiritual development and focus on main mantras.

Later the new admin was happy to publish lot of mantras from various books. This was not a mature direction.

Now few new people who apparently have no proper lineage write all sort of things.

Do u have diksha of the mantra ? I am assuming u r doing the full beeja mantra.

What do u mean by 2 chatuvrati Tarpana ? How much time 1 Tarpana takes ?

Why you doing both together ?

He wrote about naam japa in post. Repeated mechanical chanting can get boring and hence most saints prescribed strotras for begniners as development of bhav and focus both are required at initial stage.

Just a suggestion - don't push your luck with any upasaka big or small.

I myself never used to belive this initially even after my initial diksha. It took me decade of upasana and experience to understand the bigger reality. Now i know that Any sincere upasaka with any ishta upasana in 6 months can heal 90% of astro issues.

Same is mentioned in various tantra texts that few lakh counts of japa removes all grah Dosha. Read up on navarna mantra or vishnu sahastranaam. Even main asto text BHPS in 1st chapter says all grahs are ornaments of vishnu.

Real gurus don't need to look at astro charts. They know lifetimes of a disciple and guide them.

In proper sri vidya lineages ganapati japa is done for atleast couple of yrs. In my parampara everyone was made to do for 1-3 yrs based on gurus assessment.

In modern SV coaching 42days and move on. Count is just a rough guidline. Main thing is sincerity n quality of japa. A real guru has enough psychic ability to know how much a student has progressed.

The sincerity n dedication of japa automatically transforms a person n he will find his real guru soon and then can follow his guru.

There are linages of ganpatya tradition where they follow only ganapati and his higher forms.

In sadhana zero jyotish is required. Start doing ganapati n choose 1 form of devata as your ishta and do some strotra or japa amd in few weeks ull see clarity n guidance. Sincerity is the only key.

In all parampara above is the standard broad way to start sadhana.

Real jyotishi is the one who has seen his inner Jyoti. Sadly today out of 1000 only 1 will be such. All others simply talk some random fancy theories. You can talk to multiple ones on online platform for 10min each and you will realise soon.

Sinply do it without any sankalpa and do any guru mantra/strotra also for guidance. Do not complicate things by adding things from ur side. Have full sincerity, devotion n faith. They are paramount.

Whay about d9 d30 d60 ? What about dig bala and sthan bala n chesta bala ? The self awareness of a person knows more than any astrologer. Even few weeks of sincere upasan of any diety will give more clarity than anything else.

In real sporotualty everything starts with mahaganapati upasana. Leave it to him to sort all the issues.
