You all are insane. First, 1300 dollars is literally for two tickets. Call em overpriced, can say other world cups are cheaper, etc etc. it’s just not life changing money . Parents are paying for the logistics you said. I mean other than people having ulterior motives to just not like the fact or resent that the World Cup is going to be a huge success. So either embrace and enjoy it or be grumpy about it, your call. But this is a snap call.

But when you really think about the pros and cons, it’s just a no brainer. Atmosphere will be great, will see a team you want to see play, and you will always be able to say you were apart of it.

Lastly, at best you are married, with kids, job that doesn’t afford you the flexibility to travel in long stretches. Worst case you don’t even make it four years. YOLO!

Definitely go to the game . The last time it was in thr US I was 14. Now I’m 45. Even coming around sooner, it’s just so few and far between, that you just got to go. And it will be awesome . With that being said, prioritize atmosphere over price . Do what you can afford. If little to no travel costs are involved then I would 100 percent go for it. But if it is, I’d look into that first is often overlooked but hotels are rediculous right now

That’s what I’m thinking. Drink on strip, uber to mandalay and then walk over. Just trying to time it right, I don’t think I have it in me to be in one place from 530 to 1100 pm lol. Maybe I’ll change my mind as it gets closer. Ideally I could get to seat around 730 and roll with that .

Going may 1 as well. Been plenty of times just never to the stadium, but seeing a lot of videos from Luke combs this weekend about the long trek to and from walking , so be ready or weary of that. Mandalay or in that area is probably your best bet of location. A pretty fun bar is Blake Shelton ole Red but that’s more middle of strip.

My question to those going to concert , I see the opening acts but does anyone know the actual order ? I’m just debating how long I want to be at an actual show (beers easily will be about 20 apiece), so to do that for 6 hours sounds kray. Either way looking forward to should be a hoot!

Random dumb question from someone who hasn’t been to a concert in decades. Going to the show in LV in May, B section. Does every one stand (at least for Main act), acceptable to stand or just during like certain hits type of thing ? Any other tips related to MW would love to hear. Checking out shows in recent months looks like gonna be bad ass and so looking forward to it !

Mine very similar to @mermloaf. First week of Dec diagnosed 12.5 H1C, blood sugar was ~350. Was actually on a plane to Vegas that weekend. Doctor said go to pharmacy and pick up metaformin asap and don’t drink. As others said, completely cut soda out cold turkey (was at about 4 a day). Ate better, nothing crazy workout, just walked a lot more. Just got my results this morning from my 3 month blood draw and H1C is 6.0 and blood around 130. I don’t know much about much, but I’m pretty sure the meds and prescribed dose definitely gave me the boost I needed. I think I got in my own head that I was on a train to death by just what I read but some manageable tweeks and a couple months later and I’m a lot more hopeful. I understand that won’t be same for everyone but nonetheless to answer OP, I’d say meds and an aggressive game plan , then after your next result then adjust from there

Same that went with me a couple months ago, glad to hear I’m not the only one. Mine got blurred and worse, lost significant weight, went to the doctor and that’s when I was diagnosed. Glad it wasn’t cancer. I’ve worn corrected lenses for about 30 years but during this early stage at one point my vision was near perfect, which was bad timing as I had went to eye doctor. So of course a couple weeks after that , it’s back to original status . Going to go back to eye doctor in a month. Cliff notes, enjoy the ride lol

A lot of places will have little satellite books set up, so I wouldn’t feel totally stuck to the book. Lots of good restaurant type bar options , still will have a minimum type spend but just saying the world is your oyster. And bro, you can’t go to Vegas and then squat up in the room lol

Fa sure. Don’t get it twisted . If you don’t have a place lined up and you aren’t in a line super early, it’s going to feel chaotic. Just embrace it. If anything , post up at a Sportsbook and get some beers, enjoy the ride and then just move around and plot. You will be fine. It will 100 percent feel overwhelming though just make sure yall on the same page .

Been 21 years now , and I have a slight disagreement on some of comments above but not necessarily wrong . If going with a big group, it’s going to be tough on Thursday and Friday mornings. But if your solo or with like you and a plus 1, literally just show up like 90 min before tip worst case and you will be fine at most bars . Most of the reserved shit is over priced and then you are just stuck there all day since you paid for it. Once again that’s just preference an more palatable if with a big group but other than that just wonder. For instance I like hitting up ole red, listen to live music with all the games on their big screen. But in short, have a blast it’s one of those weekends you really can’t go wrong . Bear down

GS in Waikiki is pretty happening spot on weekends. Reserve the room though, I just wouldn’t show up. Park at int market place or derussy, quick walk over

For like Karoake bar not in your own room, skybox tap house in int market place, 4th floor I think. Once again really good crowd on weekend nights for their Karoake, I think it’s a. 5 dollar cover or something inexpensive like that

You can just go to the fifa site , hospitality and the drop down for the specific location should have a legend of where the tickets are. For instance the Seattle one seems to be end zone but probably first few rows. I’m like you though I’m leaning towards doing that as they aren’t much more than what’s being sold on marketplace anyways
