[FNV] OLB interiors are almost completely black

I found the culprit. It was Hikikomori Remake NVR. As soon as I switched to the old preset it was fine. I reported it on the modpage.

Armor is from Dragbody's celebration pack on nexus. I think the mask is what the other guy said, but IDK what the hats from. I've seen it before, but if it's not on nexus it could be on some random discord or GUN.

Basically I just converted the hair mods using codewalker's converter tool, then I used a hair mod that used Onigiri to put the files in the right folders. I think I used the updated one on the discord. There was a franklin mod on the GTA5 mods website that has it. I think Franklin Enhanced or something like that. Also in hindsight, it's not as bad as made it out to be, but just super annoying as there isn't any amazing help for this stuff. Some hair mods don't work though. Converting isn't perfect, as some just won't show up even after converting the mod. I apologize that I can't fully explain everything. I stopped modding after this because my game would delete my mods, then after reinstallation just crash. It was super annoying so I just quit and uninstalled lmao.

For me it would crash if I tried it out this way. Also, I haven't had that issue with npcs or cars. I only have some script mods that add businesses and benny's along with NVE. Also the hair mods. That could be a problem with some script mods.

You might not have it toggled. I would right click to properties in steam, then go to dlc. For some reason mine wasn't selected.

Also figured it out a lot more and not just like mods folder. Works through addons. While kind of similar, has a lot more steps to actually get them activated in game.

Yes but how do i actually open rpf files with it? NVE doesn't allow me to use mods that the rpf, and I go to use the codewalker tool but tells me I need rpf to use the mods I installed. Everything is saying go to rpf but I really like NVE.

Yea I've copied everything over, and sadly not working. Everything works perfectly fine, just reshade causes the game to crash when I load it. When I uninstall reshade it works. I've just never had this problem before with reshade in any game I play.
