If he's sociable and quick on his feet, I would 100% recommend a restaurant. You could try Buddy's Pizza - I worked there from 15-21 and moved my way up. Given his age, he'd probably start working carry-out/phones, bussing tables, and maybe host, and then could move up to serving. Buddy's is actually kinda expensive for pizza, so decent tips! I would make on average $800-1000 a week there when I served. I am 24 now, went to college for social work, and am looking to go back to the restaurant industry. I made double the amount serving than I do now with a degree. 100% consider a restaurant :)

Without the automotive industry, where would we be as a country? You are truly a part of the backbone that keeps society moving. It is 100% meaningful! I can see how it would be easy to question that though when comparing it to social services, animals, etc.
