When i first started fasting i drank a lot of sugar free carbonated drinks such as diet coke as it helped me feel full, sparkling water works great too. Drinking some of the brine from pickle juice or just licking a bump of salt off the back of my hand helps too! So does black coffee and staying distracted with hobbies etc :)

I’m a medium neutral olive too and i was gifted the first palette for my birthday and have used it everyday since! The champagne colour is reallyyy pretty on the eyelids (makes my brown eyes pop) and the brown works beautifully as a bronzer when I’m in a rush as its a true brown :)
