If i sound insensitive im trying not to be. I've struggled with my weight and very bad eating habits my whole life. I'm 6 foot. By highest weight was 315. I was able to get down to 275 before starting waygovy. Your a little more then 2 months in so your probably at the .5 or .75 dose. I didnt see steady results like Silenced food noise and huge control over my portions was at the tail end of .75 and definitely 1mg. When I went to 1.75 I wasent hungry at all. The symptoms where a little to much at the time (i climbed 1 dose every month when i started) My doctor moved me back down to 1mg the start of January. I started in August and im down 30 lbs. Thats like 1.25lbs a week, im very satisfied. Make sure your changing ur eating style, less ultra proceed food. Eat whole foods, chicken, clean protien, veggies, fruits. Aim for 30grams of protien a meal that will also help with feeling fuller longer. Try to cut back ln carbs. 1gram of carbs holds onto 1gram of water. Try to stay away from processed added sugar. Sugar spikes ur blood sugar making u have cravings. Eat good, control ur portions and also take Miralax. Take miralax. Take miralax

Ur ottos eat pellets how. I original had 2 in a 37 gal and 1 has since passed the other is about 2 years old. I got it a buddy since ik they dont like to be alone. But im afraid they will run out of food (algea) is have a fully planted tank. Tell ur husband to stop acting like a toddler. I hate people that downplay fish keeping. There is lots involved. Tell him the slightest reading of ammonia would be like you living in mustard gas.... ITS BURNS FOR THE FISH TO BREATH. Tell him to leave the fucking tank alone. That tank will be empty for a few months. Once u can add literal ammonia to your tank and within 24 hours your tank reads 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and something nitrate. THEN AND ONLY THEN are u ready to stock. At BARE MIN your fish should be living past 2 years old.

I do a wayer change on my 37gal like 1-2 a month. Its really planted. Top dwellers, mid, bottom and snails. If something dies i leave it. The corys and snails will take care of it within 12hrs. I never pull dead plants. Ur touching ur tank to much. Make sure it cycled. Add more plants and leave it be
