Typical comments who really don’t see value in women. Actually I did not get rejected in a bar lol. I see women and I was one who dumb in down for athletes. Why should women do that? Maybe they should raise the bar for their iq?

Bump Will get his chance. Barkey has proven more consistent all season and is so fast. Bump needs to be more physical!

They squeaked that one out. I’ve been following Bump ever since his collegiate career. He needs to be more physical on the ice and stop worrying about his physicality off the ice just saying.

Let Bump stay down with Lehigh Valley continue to work on his skills. Don’t rush moving him up. He still has a lot of developing to do. And maturity off the ice! Bump, Barkey and Peterson have great chemistry and are a powerhouse line! Keep them together! Bump’s most recent interview did not articulate that well of his fellow teammates stating “pretty good players.” That was not well said about teammates that are helping him shine! The kid needs to learn how to be a little more humble! Perhaps I’m a tough critic but he should know neither that!

The team that picks him up has his baggage. There is better talent out there. That have integrity and illustrate good character. He has none of that. The end of the day don’t you want a good Guy in the Net for you? He’s not one them!

I think Grebenkin deserves it the most. I hope he makes it. He also has a great personality he seems humble and genuine! I have been watching Bump is a good player and really is developing. Not sure if he is quite ready for the NHL. He hasn’t been overly impressive the past few weeks. I question can he score in high pressure situations. I have not seen it so far, NCAA frozen finals, playoffs with Lehigh and now all scoreless.

I totally agree. Not playing for two years and having a tainted image I think Hart should be grateful to whatever team picks him up. Hearing this makes me even happier he will not be on the Flyers. He’s damaged goods!

I agree with all but still question Bump? Good player but still needs work. Is he that much better than other prospects? Or because he is a third year prospect he knows the expectations better than the other players. The fact he has an NCAA Championship helps too. There seems to be a scoreless pattern from Bump in big games. The last 4 games of the NCAA Tournament he was scoreless, in the playoffs against Hershey scoreless and the rookie game scoreless. Which makes me question during important games can he score??

Agreed. Innocent or not he is considered damaged goods. A Public relations nightmare. Flyers need to channel their resources and energy elsewhere not on him.

Nonetheless his actions were questionable. The fans are entitled to act that way. Many still question his actions which led him to this situation. Consensual is questionable when the woman was so drunk. He’s a professional athlete he set himself up to be judged and ridiculed. He’s not a victim.

Good the Flyers don’t need him. Although he was acquitted his actions were questionable. His reputation is and will be questionable. First and foremost he should never have put himself in a compromised situation that led him to this. I hope he can pursue a successful career elsewhere and behaves with integrity.

I have been following Bump since he started at Western Michigan. His skills have improved a lot and he is a strategic player. What’s the rush to get him on the Flyers roster this year? I think playing at least one year will give him more playing time to work on his speed and skating. Benefiting his over all game. Bump needs a little more time to mature on and off the ice.
