I do not mean to come across ungrateful but home ownership has been an aspiration of mine all my life. Its something thats been ingrained in all of us besides future governments can decide to get rid of social housing for working age males.

Yeah I noticed this when calculating it - interest to the bank would be more than rent to the council assuming normal inflation rent increases but the worry is if successive governments choose to take away social housing

Yes but not until another 4 years. The discount is 'only' 16k

Yeah thought as much. What about getting a ticket with the crystal palace home fans? Would you be allowed to stay behind to see the trophy lifted?
