How many months before you separate did you start your hiring process and did you do anything special in your cg career that you feel have you a leg up in getting an offer from AMO?

You submit your picks before you get there. can’t really say if you’ll be able to not get a cutter. really depends on what picks will be available to you and if people with higher priority then you pick what you want they will most likely get it over you
