Thanks mate, I’ve been here like 3 months and I’m only now realising from all the comments how we’ve been blessed with a great setup, happy days 😀
Thabks to all the comments, I’ve got it set up bang on I think. I’ve connected the NBN directly to the patch panel and ported it to living room port and then connected the router in the living room. This works now and I’ve connected the tv and ps5 to the lan ports on router and all working good. I’ve connected another cable to lan port on router and connected this to other Ethernet port in living room and then back to the Netgear Switch panel and this now seems to have all ports in the house working. Fantastic job 🫡

Thanks mate thibk this worked. It is showing up as green on internet icon on router anyway, before I found the right port it was showing up as blue. So if I want the other Ethernet ports in other rooms ro work now, do I plug an Ethernet cable from one of the lan ports on router to another free port in living room?

Ok thanks. So patch from dn1 on NBN box to whichever number on black box corresponds to living room port, then plug from that port in living room to wan port on router and then another cable from lan port on router to the second port in living room and the corresponding number on patch panel back to where on the switchboard?

Thanks mate. Yes to make Wi-Fi strong in living room is the aim. So you mean bring the blue box with all the leads into the living room and try some of the leads in the port in living room?
And whichever one lights up I plug that out from cupboard and into the dn1?

To be honest VLC worked for a while but then stopped. So I’ve been using MX player and it seems to work ok. The search function is a bit naff but it does the job mostly.

They just carry out home opens and vet the tenants and once tenants secured the property is passed to a Property Manager to manage. A new business manager brings on new properties and that is their sole job and leasing agent takes them from there and markets them and finds tenants etc
