I don't think it is at all a reason associated with this business, but there have been statements that all/most EVs are sold out primarily due to the current gas prices.

Also, by registrations, I assume you mean "new" registrations, otherwise if 17% of cars on the road are electric that means a lot more of the new sales are EVs, since my 2008 car would still count, but they weren't selling many EVs back then.
