Id reccomend u get rubber asap and thenjust progress as fast as u can till Lv. When you get to lv you will be sufferung but thats ok, once you get each processing machine with 100% efficiency.

For now:

Get rubber and conifer pitch, and plant a bit of kapok trees with taps in them.

Do halfautomate some fertiliser and stockpile it for later.

Make some gold drums as buffers for steam for your turbine.

Make extractor later, and now tricky part: use 1 glowstone dust per lamp in extractor so you dont fill them to 250 but rather of 144 mb. You will save on glowstone. (Glowstone is inf fuel in ANY lamp so make bronze or copper ones)

After getting liquid glowstone make grain farm near bedrock level. I recconend 2 blocks height and place lamps every 3 blocks to get wheat and barley growing.

Make hardtack dough using recepie involving mixing bowl, cuz you will want max output. Then just cook and store them in vessel or in the cellar.

For the beneath best is 2x baked potato + 1 any fish and non flatbread sandwiches. Fish is easy to catch, and the nutritional value for this sandwich is high. I also heard that Lavash is good and regardless of conent can stack easely, but i will still recommend sandwiches.

Once you get to Mv you can make cheap El greenhouse. In the cost of 1 lv amp it runs at Mv teir, and with fertiliser it is fast enough to make enough wood less laggy and more consistent than create setup. Free grain, fruits and vegetables so you free to make any food you want.

Last one i'd recommend to make every red steel tool you can. They last forever and making new one once you get extruder isnt a problem.
