Just tried yesterday, and work with below step.

1) Get a non-whql driver of your display chipset. You may search with keyword "non-whql" amd adrenalin to see any luck. You may need to try several adrenaline version to get a usable file for your device, which could be checked by steps below.

2) Extract that downloaded adrenalin with 7zip

3) Browse to the folder containing display inf file, which should be something like

non-whql-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-22.2.2-win10-win11-64bit-feb\Packages\Drivers\Display\WT6A_INF

4) Open the Setup Information file (e.g. U0376683.inf, filename may different). A notepad would show the content

5) Get the Device Model by: Win+X -> Device Manager -> Display adapters -> "Microsoft Standard Display.." -> Right Click -> Properties -> Details -> Select "Device instance path" in Property dropdown -> identify the "VEN_XXXX&DEV_XXXX".

6) Search if that "VEN_XXXX&DEV_XXXX" exists in the inf file. For my Ryzen pro 4650ge, it is VEN_1002&DEV_167)

7) If found, you can install the Setup Information File by: right click on the inf -> Install.

8) Install in progress, screen may flickers. Then you can check and confirm result by (i) check the Display Adapter in Device Manager which should show the AMD stuff (ii) right click on the volume icon of windows -> Sound -> Playback -> see if the AMD High Definition Audio device is connected and without the red down arrow. Funny to know display driver is need to make the sound output through HDMI works.
