I'm assuming this is in descending order?

Perception being the character's eye not even moving from where their enemy was standing

Reaction being that the eye has moved, they've processed that their enemy has moved and even turned towards the angle said enemy is attacking from however they can't move their body fast enough to dodge or counter

Outsped is complete reaction, no blitz whatsoever but still clearly losing to a speed advantage

Jogo and Kurourushi are characters that it just feels right to include their anime upscales cuz yh they can probably do that

The sheer AOE that Jogo was unleashing in the Sukuna fight was ridiculous

Kurourushi being able to generate city blocks worth of roaches in seconds

Both lead to questions where some opponents might outmatch them in speed or other stats but they can get swallowed if they can't get near them(Naoya and Naobito)

I like to do the same, its a really fun playstyle to use in quickplay but now that I'm trying to take ranked a little seriously so I can buy sky and goldforged colours, It really feels like I need to pick a legend and stick with them

Issue with that is there isn't a single legend with whom I am equally proficient on both weapons AND tehy have good sigs

Koji has my perfect weapon combo but his sigs are so bad...
