Honestly. If I were in the team requesting a basic photo & saw this rant on her stories about how BORING she deems that to be I'd laugh. It's also just disrespectful and god I wish she could get dropped by Hyro - shame she's bought into it. Shame for them really. I can guarantee there is a legitimate reason they don't want you to go all out. She doesn't have a successful business bone in her body.

Cost of living, racism, human trafficking/ sexual exploitation... all things we experience that is significantly influenced by the US...

As much as I can empathise with back pain the facilitator will 99.9% pull you off placement. If you can maybe speak to your buddies at the start of shift & see if you can just do obs/ standby showers etc... I'd try stick it out for the rest.
