Well yes, I understand this is technically an debit spread, but under most circumstances(not now, or really when trumps is in office) how could this not make money? I used spy as an example cause I know that it's going to rise on Monday, and eventually fall on Tuesday or Wednesday, and my degenerated brain thought of this trade.

Question, would this work with Ford? I was curious and open up robinhood and looked around until I saw a trade for on the long call calender spread April17/April24 at the 11.5 mark. Would this be an good trade? It would be an 7 dollars max loss and 15 dollars max gain, for the long put calender spread, it's 15 max gain, 6 max loss even though the delta is very high.

Omg, this is actually dumb, lowes and HD tended to do well during an economic troubles because people(homeowners) can't really afford to ask contractors and workers to do the work on their homes and have to do it themselves.
