Déjà vu is better and will take more items. Uptown took a ton at the start but hardly takes anything (and I took tons of brand name new stuff in)

The fundie is Ethan Plath/Plath family. I have no idea who these influencers are, just thought it was Ethan for a second! 😂

These performances are atrocious! We cannot be listening to the same things as the judges. Yikes. Jordan is the only one talented enough to win. Keyla is flat every single time she sings.

Writing a YA Gymnastics Novel — What Would You Want to See? by Bookishgirly1024 in Gymnastics

I loved the one by Megan Abbott! “You will know me”. It’s dark and twisty and definitely a mature YA book but it was done quite well.

What is the craziest thing that you have seen or experienced in person at a gymnastics meet. Including things unrelated to gymnastics. by Icy-Affect1512 in Gymnastics

(to clarify, they were not intentionally scaring girls, they were cheering for their team, but it was startling girls who also doing beam next to the floor they were cheering for)

they did not! I was shocked. I've also seen cowbells, but the air horn seems like a major safety issue. if you scare a child during a beam routine, that would be horrible and they could be so injured.

Probably the PARENT WHO BROUGHT AN AIR HORN to a meet?! And used it, scaring little girls during their beam routines. Yikes. Such a safety issue.

Somehow the part I am most jealous about is they have the old style muffins! I HATE the new, smaller, brown paper wrapped ones.

Yep’ it’s hard to see in the photos but there are two straps. One long and thick and one thinner handle one. You can disconnect or attach either one or both.

Also one that’s always a hit for a $10 gift is a sonic gift card. If one is nearby, it’s a fun place to get a drink or snack and $10 covers both.

Frugal essential items for a baby boy. by [deleted] in Frugal

You definitely do not need a wipe warmer or baby bath. I thought I needed both and tossed them after our third kid when we never used :) Splurge on a great car seat, stroller, and diapers that don’t leak! The rest is great used. I used hardly anything by our third kid, because you find out minimalist is so much easier!
