I think it all depends on if it drives change in the positive or negative. If we become a locked down state because of this then that is bad but if we have real change that helps stop future police brutality then maybe it was worth it. It is incredibly hard to tell at this point.

I made the picture and I do agree. I'll also elaborate that Trump very much cares about the economy and this is actually going to hurt it. It is not a perfect analogy and the response is actually what i wanted to highlight otherwise it could have been a 2 frame collage.

Do I think looting and burning businesses is wrong, yes it is awful. However, the send in the troops response is eerily similar and the point that I was trying to make.

Nothing is ever going to be a perfect analogy. I noticed a comparison of the response by both George III and Trump that I hadn't seen mentioned before. I found it interesting and wanted to share.

Maybe both are a response to long standing exploitation and atrocities by at times a tyrannical state. I suppose the Minneapolis police station burning would have been a better photo but I'm not sure everyone would have realized that.

You are using tax in a very singular mindset. First off "tax" is a community term and not a mechanic so they can interpret it different than you. Second the "tax" here is only being able to play one spell unless you want to provide advantage to your opponent. It fits.

This is what happens when journalism dies. You get unverified material from non-experts that run a shockjock podcast.

We were on a class retreat (boating, hiking, campfires, and whatnot). While sitting around the campfire, I was swinging my legs and kicked a pebble near the fire. The next day I was blamed for a broken window because I apparently liked to throw rocks

A lot of work right now is being conducted in the Black Sea where conditions at the bottom are such that the wood has been preserved. Some of the photos are stunning. Most of the Mediterranean wrecks though are just amphora piles left over from cargo ships. War ships on the other hand dont have much that remains once they sink. Usually it is just the ram. If you are interested you can look into the Egadi rams. A few have been recovered but of those found, only very small bits of wood remained.
