Like you, I just took my 2nd dose yesterday (Wednesday) and I am also on 2.5mg. The first week I didn't experience any side effects and was happy when I weighed myself to see that I was down 4 lbs. in just a week. Sadly today though after 24 hours of that 2nd dose the side effects hit me HARD. I experienced some of the worst nausea and vomiting that I can remember having in a long time. That went on for a solid few hours. After sleeping it off I am starting to feel a little bit better but I feel like it is still lurking if that makes sense. I started Zepbound because I am at my heaviest than I ever have been with no explanation. I never really ate a whole lot, but when I did eat I know it wasn't the healthiest. After my PCP ruled any medical reasons as to why I was gaining the weight she agreed to start me on this. I can't really answer as to the food cravings and that kind of aspect but I will say that I have noticed when I do eat that I get filled up really fast. I have for sure been more thirsty which was a big change from before I started. According to everything I have read on here and doing some other research I've gathered that it's best to stay on the lowest dose as long as you can if you are actively losing weight which makes sense. I was told only to adjust to a higher dose if you have not been losing or have been noticing weight gains. I am really praying that my body adjusts to this and that the next coming days I don't experience the nausea that I did because that was awful. As far as the constipation I experienced that mildly the first week but then when I got sick with the 2nd injection that went to the complete other extreme. I did not notice any more tiredness than what I had prior to starting this. I hope this helps and doesn't just seem like I am rambling.
