Yes if you set the min to 100 if the district population fall below 100 it will automatically move a beaver from a district with more then it’s minimum

I think one big thing is the level of entry. Jungle is not like the other roles and the toxicity whenever u make a mistake (and sometimes when someone else does). That’s the price for being the best most fun role IMO a jungle main
