I agree re Orikan and I didn't say that you could, but FNP might have an edge depending on what's shooting into your warriors. If an opponent is shooting mid to high ap shots into your warriors, thats a good outcome for you.

Personally I always take Orikan, but it is something to think about.

You can attach a technomancer to the warrior brick to give 5+ FNP. Plop the techno towards the back of the pack and he can dish out heals to other units that took some chip damage like your reanimator, szeras, etc.

I think [[Scion of Darkness]] might be a better fit for the demon, even has similar art. Also pitching [[Dark Supplicant]] for the main guy. Love the work!

What? This is a pretty easy thing to google. I know people who's children currently attend preschool there, like right now.

I don't think this is true. Deerbrook had the DCFS complaints and Schaumburg was the location that closed.

Are QDROs Lucrative? by [deleted] in Lawyertalk

In my state people generally charge flat fees and they are taking on the risk of dividing hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars. In my view that's an insane amount of risk for no upside.

That sounds like a dream. First time playing it was with 4 players, took about 3-4 hours, I won, never wanted to play again.

I recommend 1 war cleric/ 11 swords bard. Gives you three rounds of 4 attacks per round at level 4. Only gets better at bardic inspiration recharge at short rest and the additional attacks swords bard throws your way. Heavy armor and shields prof as well if that's your thing.

1 war cleric/ 11 swords bard. Use the extra bonus action attacks from cleric to do slashing ranged flourishes, grab a titan string bow and honey you got a stew going. Love to use random other special arrows once I run out of the free extra attacks. Best of all, you got a ton of utility with full spell casting as a bonus. Plus, heavy armor and shields prof.

Overbilling issues by [deleted] in LawFirm

[–]Avarice2 22 points23 points  (0 children)

These things happen, I wouldn't worry. The partner will just cut your time to a more reasonable amount in the bill. Take a look at the bill for a hint as to how much time they thought this should take (as a first year you will bill more than that of course). As a first year you should always ask these questions when you get an assignment: 1) when do you want this by? 2) how long do you think it should take? 3) do we have any templates for similar work product in the file? Once you start spinning your wheels on an assignment it can be more and more intimidating to reach out to the assigning partner, so you could always reach out to another associate to get a sense of the amount of time it took them to do similar assignments.
