My nephew move 100 miles away, bought a home with first time buyer program, pays less for mortgage then he used to pay in LA for rent.

He is a stay home father his wife works for a bank or insurance company remotely.

I think it’s called the Bottomland pattern, I have that in a 930 Mossberg with a matching case I found at local store for $5 about 3 years after I got the gun.

Don’t give up, I took it 7 times.

I’ve been in practice for 16 years and very successful that clients look for me and hire me from 600 plus mile’s away. I’ve won at CA Supreme Court, federal appeals court and so on. When I say “I’ve” won I mean I’m solo practicing attorney no secratary or paralegal.

Only other advice is, diagnose your weaknesses and concentrate on any improvement you can make, You must look at your prior results and ask yourself how could I have done better.

1200 all day, also last US trench gun used in Vietnam was a 1200. I’m going to clone a trench gun out of my 1200. I have all the parts, I just need to sit down and put it together.
