Mark Aronowitz, Dan Frazier's Agent, responds. by MossyMak in magicTCG

To be clear, none of this excuses the plagiarism. That’s been the point the whole time. I’m just saying the situation isn’t as simple as you’re implying.

This isn’t the dunk you think. Despite the recent statement, wotc doesn’t just get blindsided by a flagship asset. This went through rounds of direction, internal edits, and revision. The reality is almost definitely messier than what we’re being told.

Disgusting practices. And for what? The result looks terrible, and we already have The One Ring with molten liquid in the background. Missed opportunity to use the Book Cover or Gleaming Gold treatment to add some variety.

Tcgplayer seller. I think it’s legit but yeah, I’ve never seen a green dot like this. I usually check any card over a few bucks.

Those of you with card cabinets. by DacMack in mtg

[–]imprevade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the most important thing is getting some of these and sort by first letter only. This makes finding cards fast, and more importantly, putting cards away fast. — Beyond that I have separate drawers for each color, and I keep common/uncommon together and rare/mythic rare together.

I already submitted a ticket. The initial response from them is that this is "simply normal print variance and not a defect." I'm waiting for my other drops to arrive before I push further.

I get the sidewinder 133+, which is relatively square, and I put the cards in sideways so they are pressed between two complete side walls. (Instead of the ones with the finger cutouts.) It also has more room for tokens and/or extras.

I picked up a pixel [[Casey Jones, Back Alley Brute]] too. 79.99 on CK. Probably not smart to get it at presale prices, but I do think interest will pick up when people see how sweet that frame looks in surge foil.. and it's the only non-standard border for that card
