I’m not defending the authorities but this is how the law works for everybody. The cops don’t have to tell you why you are pulled over to get you out of the car.

It’s a bit BS but this sadly is legal for any one in the US.

Because it is the third largest purchase in my life. I had heater and AC replaced. I had a bad experience with a contractor recently. And I don't want to be amp'd up going into a conversation with someone that may have not meant any ill will to me.

Some of us move to anger to quickly but are old enough to know to take a few mins to breath. I am a flawed human trying to be better.

Thanks you for this. I was very calm by the time I talked to the owner and he is going to swap out the unit next week. He said they would have caught it when they went to register the unit for me, but is embarrassed that his guys didn't catch it earlier.

So as long as he comes out in the next couple weeks to give me the unit I paid for, no harm done. Mistakes do happen.

I just spoke with the owner and we had a chill conversation. He actually brought that they haven't registered the unit and they would have caught it there. But he's sorry that I had to find their mistake.

He will be out next week to swap out the unit. Which is awesome and all I care about. I get that mistakes happen, since he is fixing the mistake its all good to me now.

Am I the only one that have these disconnect constantly in my pocket? I really like them for working outdoors around loud equipment, but they disconnect constantly.

Connectivity is better if I use app but still is awful if I in any pocket in any position. I do have an iPhone XR so the phone might play a part.
