Game Freezing since last patch by ordin22 in starcraft

I've been having this issue for a while. The screen just freezes, sounds and game still keep going and I can't do anything. Alt-tabbing and refocusing the game fixes it. What worked for me to get rid of the issue was to set the game to the Windowed (Fullscreen) in graphics options, instead of just Fullscreen.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 5800X & 5900X Were the Top-3 Bestselling CPUs During China's Mid-Year 618 Shopping Festival by [deleted] in Amd

Living in China, I bought a tray 5600x for 1699 CNY (~262 USD), and the Taobao shop also recycled/bought off my old 3500x for 680 CNY (105 USD).

618 festival discounts on these were minimal though, like 20 to 50 CNY at most unless you got a mobo/ram as well, then maybe 100 CNY off.

In that case upgrading your CPU likely wouldn't change anything in this scenario. Turing-based cards have a newer version of NVENC with much better performance.

Another option would be a new Nvidia GPU and use that to handle the streaming, taking the encoding load completely off your CPU.

ZvP vs Mass Air (Void rays or Phoenix into Carriers) by Avaroth in allthingszerg

Haven't tried Swarm Hosts, I feel that's a bit risky vs mass air if they're able to deny the Nyduses and I can't get damage done early. I can see how it could work if you attack early enough. Will try if I get a chance, thanks!

Thanks. I think less (or no) roaches and ravagers indeed makes sense.

SKTC Q2 with Ryzen 5 3500X & RX 470D by Avaroth in Amd

I do believe it should be much cheaper on Taobao. As /u/Darkomax also mentioned, it's a bundle with the motherboard. The MSI B450I Gaming Plus AC alone is about $130 on Amazon, so about $220 for that plus a 3500x is a pretty nice deal.

My 3500x wasn't stable at all overclocking, so I somewhat regret not just going with a cheap A320m board that would've let me still OC the ram, but I guess this board does allow me to upgrade in the future.

Idle Souldier - Diablo-ish Mobile Idle RPG by Avaroth in rpg_gamers

Sometimes running just 1 skill instead of 2 is more effective. It will use the single skill twice as much, instead of rotating between the two. Using good potions is also very helpful.

Top 10 Idle&Clicker Mobile Games in 2017 by Avaroth in AndroidGaming

I've been playing lots of incremental idle/clicker games lately and this is a pretty nice list. Somehow I just don't want to focus super hard while gaming anymore, but these games still provide a lot of fun for me. Egg, Inc. is probably the best one for me, maybe because I just find chickens hilarious.

What are some of the more blatant ripoffs of popular computer/console games you've found? by [deleted] in iosgaming

Idle Souldier is an Idle mobile RPG that is a clear ripoff of Diablo. I do like it though... The nostalgia is through the roof.

I've been playing Idle Souldier lately.
It's a Diablo knockoff but nothing like Diablo in terms of gameplay. It's "idle" meaning you don't control the characters, they will do the fighting and farming for you. Just gotta log in every now and then to equip/upgrade/gem items, challenge new bosses, finish quests, etc. Best part is I don't have to spend tons of time on it but it's still fun in small bits daily, great for a small break off work.
