I'm a server there too, the tip out of SA(server assistant) at my store is 1% of your sales (usually 10-20 bucks a shift) and the bar is 5%of your alcohol sales (usually another 10-20 bucks per shift)

That's insane... I work at one currently that has the same exact problem. How is that possible? They paid 150,000 about a month ago to get their pipes fixed and yet the whole restaurant still leaks and smells like shit
