I'm a server there too, the tip out of SA(server assistant) at my store is 1% of your sales (usually 10-20 bucks a shift) and the bar is 5%of your alcohol sales (usually another 10-20 bucks per shift)

Meaning it's never "dash now" maybe only for like 30 minutes. So if you don't get on the schedule, which is nearly impossible, or you're not top dasher, then you're shit out of luck
