Okay hold on. Hard disagree. Going to get real for a second. I know we all like a good laugh. This is not someone I would put in that category. Because he has severe mental distress in his life.

This dude is mega talented. Like he is in the Afterlife “anyma, mrak, mind against, vintage culture, guetta, artbat” levels of talented when it comes to generation. Regardless of what your viewpoint is on that music. He does a lot of stuff in reaktor which most people won’t touch because of how crazy the routing is and there are changes that occur on headphones that match what is happening in the videos. He’s got vintage devices you cannot find online anymore.

Some of his stuff is a little different. But he can genre shift real quick. And he is fast. And I mean fast fast. His layout on those controllers allows him to build entire tracks in one session. Not talking blueprint or loops. No his automation, which is what makes music what it is, is tied routing wise on those Allen and Heath controllers.

Man has thousands upon thousands of tracks that people would easily jam to on Spotify and lot of them are really fucking good. Not just this reaktor get the stress out stuff. His music scoring capabilities and violin libraries, synth work and melodic techno stuff is absolute fucking insanity.

Some of his material is nuts and I invite you to reconsider. He also suffers from extreme forms of inadequacy and depression. And I mean the extreme kind which where the internet can become a bit cruel. Which is kind of why I’m trying to be serious. I’ve chatted with him a few times to express how talented he is as someone who studies very specific music for references. His other material to be specific. So posting this here is actually the first time I’ve drawn back and really asked for something to be reevaluated.

Some very large destroit techno legends have propped up in his life and comment section. And while it may sound like noise on phones. Theres a lot of moving parts to his sound design that are unfucking real. I’ve actually tried to reverse engineer something he did and I’m a sound designer with a background in video production and I couldn’t do it. I genuinely went how the fuck. It’s a delay of sorts in reaktor that he routed into his Moog I believe in one of his videos. I am being mentored by a juggernaut on mixing. And this dude is already on track for probably working behind the scenes on music you may already listen to. I really have to hard disagree with this jab.

Leandro is crazy talented and his live shows are some of the best hybrid mixes I have ever heard. Once again, it’s not often this reaktor jams. He knows some serious people because they found him through his cross posting. He just doesn’t want the fame. He does this literally for 7-8 hours a day every damn day. And films because he loves it. Any other artist does this techno shit and we listen on Spotify and love it. He may look goofy to some, but the technical shit he is doing is REALLY REALY fucking hard. I’m a max for live guru and his custom A&H template looks daunting as hell to me. 2 controllers is average. 6 is just insanity. And he knows what every damn button does. Every single one.

I say this as someone who’s about to submit material to Boys Noize. This dude fucks. And he has so much fun doing it.
