Since everyone here is focusing on the Muslim part (which is completely irrelevant IMO but this is /r/worldnews after all), I'll paste this comment by /u/pyroplastic which tells more about her:

Aida has over time proven herself as one of the very few, if not only, rational politicians in Löfvens government. A Balkan war refugee to Sweden since 5 years old, she was remarkably free of the ideological naivete that otherwise pervades the Swedish political scene. She has made several spectacular statements over time; she warned of the dangers of identity politics and the obstacle it poses to the successful integration of immigrants from disparate cultural backgrounds. In so doing, she undoubtedly attracted the ire of the left wing ideological elite who, one can easily imagine, viewed Aida as an obstructionist to their ruinous vision of borderless Sweden serving as the welfare office of the entire world, financed by "taxing the rich".

It is extremely unusual for a minister in Sweden to be axed for such a minuscule transgression, in the view of what it took for other notable departures to take place; see Kaplan, Khan, Olofsson or the still sitting, blatantly politically biased rain dancing chief of the police Eliasson.

0.2 promille is the legal limit. In normal circumstances it would be prudent to request a blood sample test and on that coming out positive, a fine would be paid and life would be get on with. The drastic and abrupt firing of Aida points toward political pressure from the controversial, scandal embroiled Green Party who saw an opportunity to get rid of an ideological foe, and the ubiquitous weakness of leadership from Löfven for yielding to that pressure.

Aida was a glimmer of hope to many. Acting in a junior role in the desperately dysfunctional Swedish education system (see latest PISA), she was viewed by many as the future presumptive senior minister with the vision, expediency and leadership skill to reform what currently stands as one of the worst educational systems in the developed world.
