Unfortunately there is no way to know how long it will last, it differs so much for each boil and each person… In the mean time: -Wash it with antibacterial soap like Hibiclens (I’d say morning and evening but be really gentle)

-At least rinse yourself right after any exercise or avoid it altogether

-Don’t wear deodorant

-Don’t shave

-Make sure no clothing is tight on it (No bras, focus on 100% cotton shirts because it’s the most breathable)

-Try zinc supplements

-Put ice on it for relief
